Returns and refunds:
We accept refunds within 30days of date of purchase. We must receive your request for refund during this time period. After 30days, we will not issue any form of refund.

All returned goods must be sent back to us with original packaging and auxiliary items intact and in a clean and reusable condition. If items are missing the cost of these will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Shipping costs mean partial refunds : both the cost of shipping out to you and the cost of return shipping and any import taxes (if applicable) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The refund or partial refund will be processed back to you after we have received the faulty goods.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refunded amount to be paid back to your original payment method.
